Duties:

The Planning Board is the governing body that oversees the implementation of subdivision regulations and site plan in the Town. In addition, in most instances, considers requests for special use permits. The Planning Board meets the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 at Town Hall. To submit application to the Planning Board please contact the Chairman, Brian Davidson. The process begins with a Pre-filing Conference. The Chairman will include your request on the Planning Board agenda. It is advisable to come to the Pre-filing Conference with a sketch plan and any other information that is pertinent to the proposal. The Planning Board will provide guidance for completing the application process.

 

It is recommended that you visit NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Website. This site has all pertinent information about NYS environmental (SEQRA) regulations.

Subdivision - $150.00 plus $30.00 per lot

Subdivision Waiver - $25.00

Special Use Permit - $100.00

Site Plan Review - $100.00

Sign Permit - $100.00
